Startups and token projects can fail completely. Capital is at risk, and an investment may never generate income or appreciate in value. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose. No community, lead, platform, or technology can eliminate that risk.
You May Be Unable to Exit
Private investments often have no active market. Transfer restrictions, lockups, vesting, contractual limitations, and a lack of buyers can prevent a sale for a long period or indefinitely. A token generation event, public listing, or exit is never assured.
Private Rounds Are Not Public IPOs
A private investment is not the same as buying stock in a public company. Disclosure, legal rights, governance, reporting, and regulatory protections can be materially different. Project & Market Risk

A lead’s reputation or participation does not guarantee performance. Leads may have financial interests, incentives, fees, or relationships that differ from your own. Review all disclosed conflicts and economics for each opportunity.
